Do machines arrive assembled?
The K-Series listings are self-assembly kits. Each full specification lists the included parts, estimated assembly time and tools required.
How do I choose a CNC kit?
Start with your material, work area and operation. Use the CNC selector and comparison tool, or contact us with your project.
How are GST and delivery calculated?
The bag shows product GST separately. Enter your delivery PIN code at checkout for an estimate. Larger or heavier consignments require a freight quote.
How do I order a successful build?
Build listings describe the validation recorded so far. Use the enquiry button for a written quote and confirmation of the scope and delivery schedule.
Where can I track a kit order?
Use Track your order in the browser used for checkout, or contact support with your order number.
Can I try Robodatech Cloud?
An eligible account can start a 15-day trial for one device. See cloud plans for current allocations and billing periods.
Do I need an account to use Arduino examples?
All 1,000 examples can be browsed, copied and edited without signing in. Sign in to compile a supported Arduino AVR sketch and download its HEX file.
